"Vahit was an excellent pilot who navigated safely and explained everything to us. The early part of the flight was exciting as the balloon flew across Love Valley and went near to the rocks. Vahit also flew at different heights to give us different perspectives. Thumbs up to the pilot, co-pilot and the land crew! It was off peak season, we found cheaper alternatives at the town when we arrived. We decided to stick to this provider because we didn’t want to compromised on safety. If you are willing to take the risk to save some money, you hv options."

"The transfer was smooth, and since our hotel was in Çavuşin, we were the first to be picked up. While waiting for the balloons to be prepared, we were given snacks, which was a nice touch. Watching the balloons being set up was already an amazing experience on its own. The basket was divided into sections, and there were four of us in ours. Although there were a lot of people in the balloon overall, it didn’t feel cramped, and we still had plenty of space to enjoy the view. Our pilot was informative and humorous, which made the entire flight even more enjoyable. They also offer a 360° video of the experience, which is great if you want a memorable keepsake. Once we were up in the air, the views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise.After landing, we were treated to sparkling wine and cake, following a French tradition, which was a lovely way to end the experience. Overall, this hot air balloon ride is truly unforgettable and worth every second!"
